The hardware environment for use LED display
The hardware part of LED display screen includes all-purpose computer part, communication line, special-purpose data conversion part and show part that confirmed according to LED display kind, area, using conditions. Should prove in the detailed norm: a.The requirements of the mainframe computer,all sorts of matching of card,external devices and communication interface. b.The requirements of communication line and mark out the max distance of communication. c.Some of data conversion and computer mainframe communication way; d.Requirement in power supply and structure installation.
LED display performance characteristic

The power supply on LED display is 220W±10%, 50HZ±5% or 80V±10%.
Environment adaptability
Indoor LED display environmental temperature is between 00℃to +400℃. Store temperature between-400℃ and +600℃. Outdoor LED display environmental temperature: The low working environmental temperature: Available - 200℃, - 100℃;high temperature: +500℃. Store temperature between -400℃ and +600C. LED display should be able to work normally in the condition of relative humidity being 90% when at the highest working temperature.LED display bears the vibration that car, train, plane,etc. received while transporting, loading and unloading, moving. Car screen should be able to work normally in vehicles installed run. Transporting LED display can use ordinary means of transport such as the car, train, plane,etc.

Indicate Packaging Transportation and Storage
LED display packaging, indicates and stores should accord with the demands for SJ/T 10463.
Product Indicate Should install the data plate on appropriate seat on LED display. The data plate must include the following content: trade marks, product name or type,.date of production,factory's name.
Pcking mark The sign on the LED display packing box should accord with the demands for GB6388:product type and name,trade mark,factory’s name,have it " upwards " , " handle with care " , " afraid wetly " etc. these indicate that should accord with the regulations of GB191. Indicate the quantity of the products, gross weight and case date.
Packaging The packaging is packed with the packing box according with the packing mark stipulating. The packaging must accord with dampproof, antivibration, antiseptic requirement. In the standard case should contain the qualified identification of examination and test of products, packing list, spare part attachment list and random file list.
Transportation Packaged products can transport with any means of transportation.But the transportation should avoid, catch in the rain, attack, the sun shine, exposed to corrosivity gas and machinery damage for a long time.
Storage LED display store temperature range is 0-400℃, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, the surrounding environment does not have sour alkali and corrosivity gas, and there are no strong mechanical vibration, assaults and the function of strong magnetic field.
